1. Install
iPhone: the Laos app from the App Store (coming soon). Android and web: open your church’s Laos address in Chrome and choose Add to Home Screen.
2. Choose your church
Pick it from the list, scan the code in the bulletin, or type the address your church gave you.
3. Sign in with your email
No password. Your church approves your email; tap the link in the message we send and you’re in.

Laos gives a congregation one private place for what a church actually runs on. It is built for churches that want to own their data: your instance, your members, your rules.
Two ways to run it
Cloud: we host it for you at yourchurch.laosapp.com; nothing to install. Self-hosted: the same software on your own server with Docker, for churches with technical staff who want full data sovereignty.
Onboarding in an afternoon
Bring in your directory from a spreadsheet, your ministry list, missionaries and reading plan with templates. Sermons and the calendar fill in automatically once you enter the accounts you already use.
Admin, not IT
The office approves who can sign in, reviews photos and prayer requests, posts news and manages ministries from a simple admin area. Elders see every ministry; each leader manages only their own.
Privacy first
No ads, no tracking, no selling anything. Members’ information is encrypted at rest and visible only to signed-in members of that church. Read the policy.
